BVB listing conditions on local stock market

During Friday’s shareholder meeting, Schoenherr si Asociatii law firm presented several options to change the company’s statute, so that it can be listed on its own stock market. Shareholders must come up shortly with concrete scenarios regarding statute change.

“In the coming ten days, talks will be held regarding changes needed, and our field of operations will be discussed. We must be careful to avoid a hostile takeover and become a producer of screws,” one of BVB’s Board members, Octavian Molnar, Deputy General Manager of IFB Finwest broker, said. Molnar became a member of the Board on Friday.
