CNVM fined financial investment company head for SIF5 participation

According to CNVM representatives, Chelu will have to sell shares owned in SIF5 within three months, to own less than one percent of the share capital. CNVM will analyze the situations in other financial investment companies. CNVM President Gabriela Anghelache said the commission will verify shareholders.
