Equest Investment Balkans (EIB), which took over the Romanian-based Domo retailer and Bulgarian Technomarket, finalized its project to list 25 percent of TechnomarketDomo on the Bucharest and London Stock Exchanges, according to a company communique. The operation is planned for the third quarter, as Equest is expecting a favorable moment on both markets as well as approval from Dutch financial authorities.
The investment fund is administered by Equest Partners Limited, which owns 75 percent of Domo and Technomarket through Lynx Property. The fund paid €75 million for Domo.
