Florin Pogonaru becomes a member of BCR’s surveillance board, after Daniel Daianu resigned

Pogonaru was one of the two observers appointed by Erste Bank in the executive committee and BCR’s surveillance council. Erste Bank is BCR’s main shareholder.

Florin Pogonaru is the head and founder of the Central European Financial Services. He is a member of the management board with the Romanian Post Privatization Fund.

The official formerly coordinated the Romanian operations of some foreign banks such as Creditanstalt, Bank Austria and Alpha Bank.
