The residential complex is part of Global City, which includes a business center, commercial space and a parking area, with the entire project worth €200 mln.
The complex covers 22,204 square meters. Real estate advisory company Colliers International is the project’s exclusive agent. The completion of the first phase is estimated for January 2010.
Global Finance plans to develop two more residential projects - Global Gardens and Global Plaza Floreasca, which will include office space, commercial areas, and luxury apartments.
The total value of these three projects exceeds €550 million. Global Finance is present in Romania through the Black Sea and Global Emerging Property Fund investment funds. The company recently sold the 90 percent it owned in the La Fourmi supermarket chain to Belgian Delhaize Group retailer for €18.6 mln.
