The new factory occupies 4,500 sqm, has an annual production capacity of up to 1.5 billion doses, and its equipment meets the highest European standard for drug production.
The company intends to expand its portfolio of products and to launch new drugs, especially in the field of cardio-vascular, central nervous system and oral anti-diabetic remedies. Another company objective is the expansion of distribution of Labormed Pharma products to all Romanian drug stores, with current distribution being limited to 3,800 pharmacies.
