Beucler lists Romania’s accession to the European Union, and the creativity of human resources as main reasons for its PR market doubling in one and a half years. The Vice President believes that the market is still fragmented. The market’s value is estimated to be worth some €20 million, shared by several agencies, none of which is market leader, although some are enjoying rapid growth.
Beucler also feels that Romania is highly sophisticated, and a growing consumer compared to other countries in the region.
Pascal Beucler has been Vice President of Publicis Consultants Worldwide since 2005, and is responsible for brand strategy and international network development.
Local PR could reach €40 mln in the short-run
