Managers benefit from paid vacations in Brazil and Peru

Small and medium-sized companies offer paid vacations based on performance. Generally, the company sets an amount for each vacation, and the employee chooses a destination. However, some companies have specific destinations, which the employees of multinational companies do not like.

For top employees, companies can allocate up to €2,000-€2,500 for a vacation, to Brazil, Peru, Costa Rica or India. Amounts set aside for other employees range from €500-€1,000, with destinations usually in Europe, such as Spain, Greece or Turkey.
