Motoractive financed assets worth €190 mln in 2007

Motoractive concluded 9,600 contracts in 2007, according to the company’s General Manager, Felicia Relenschi.

Cars and commercial vehicles made up 74 percent of the company’s portfolio.
GE Money took over Motoractive in September 2006 by buying Leasemart Holding in Netherlands, the company’s only shareholder.

GE Money also bought personal loan company Ralfi and mortgage company Domenia Credit. The total value of these transactions was €140 mln. In December 2007, GE Money transferred 49.9 percent of shares to Turkish Dogus group.
