President Basescu suggests state-owned companies to publish the employees' wages, including bonuses

President Basescu recommended the decision to publish the information to be done by minister order, the same sources told NewsIn.

Several democrat-liberals expressed their dissatisfactions on the restraint measures presented by the government at the meeting with President Traian Basescu, the deputy Daniel Oajdea bringing up most of the issues. However, Basescu talked about the difficult situation in Romania and criticized the fact that all parties promised to hike salaries and pensions during the campaign to get to governance.

On the other hand, Premier Emil Boc told the democrat-liberals they should not criticize the Executive as all the social-democrats have to be sympathetic with the government's decisions or else they could be sanctioned.
