Private solutions for public education

The Private Government project aims to provide alternative solutions for Romania’s vital business community issues.

For the education system, certain specific solutions can be applied immediately: coordinate the current educational offer with demand on the labor market, the business environment should be involved in determining school curricula, studies should be carried out on the evolution of the labor market in the coming years, visiting professors from the business environment or from abroad should be invited, mixed school boards should be created, including business people.

“Without courage and unpopular measures, a real education system cannot be established,” said the Managing Partner of Human Synergistics, Adrian Stanciu, seen as one of the top specialists in organizational change. (R.I.)
