Cristina Pasat, General Manager of Professional, says that the growth trend of administrative, recruitment and selection services will continue at the same level in 2008, while executive search services will be subject to accelerated growth, due to company interest in this type of service.

Although the crisis in the local work force has meant a greater volume of work for the agency, it has also had some negative effects: candidates have greater expectations, there is a more fluctuation among personnel, and it is challenging to identify the best candidates in the shortest period of time, according to Pasat.

The company plans to expand and develop recruitment methods, improve existing methods, and expand its logistical network.
