This move targets the improvement of communication of the three agencies, the optimization of marketing investments, and consolidating the position of Zenith Media, market leader in terms of turnover. The three agencies total a market share of 25.1 percent.
 
“To help our clients rethink their marketing strategies and to continuously improve the performance of their media investments, we are challenging a leadership position by integrating the capacities of the three agencies under a single group of media purchase, PGM,” said Optimedia’s Managing Director, Cezar Batog.
 
Zenith Media posted turnover worth €54.5 million in 2007, while Starcom Media and Optimedia registered €26.8 mln and €16.96 mln, respectively.
