Romania’s advantages are low rents and personnel costs, according to a press release by Cushman&Wakefield’s Romanian subsidiary. “On the other hand, slow development of the road transportation network and consequently a low level of transported goods are features preventing Romania from gaining a higher position among Europe’s industrial-logistics markets,” the release stated.
