Romania’s No. 1 furniture producer Mobexpert expects three-fold higher revenues by 2012

The group will spent some 28 million euros in relocating activities from several factories in a single location, in Targu Mures. Three of the four production halls are currently being built and two of them should be completed by the end of the year.

The industrial park will also host the most complex logistics platform Mobexpert has, which should be completed by November 30 this year. The company’s 2006 revenues stood at 150 million euros.

Mobexpert was established in 1993 and employs some 4,500 workers. The company this year opened its first hypermarket outside the country in Sofia, under a 10 million euro investment, and plans two more hypermarkets in Bulgaria in the next four years.
