About 30 percent of the textile companies and 15 percent of the construction companies had had problems filling some vacancies for the past two months.
The study shows companies saw a 16 percent employees deficit both last year and this year. Gap of workforce in constructions stands at 10 percent, 20 percent in hotels and restaurants and 25 percent in the textile industry.
The study also shows that 70 percent of employers deem they will face the same problem of finding employees in the future, the study shows. Some 795,000 people were hired in the three domains at the end of September, totaling 17 percent of employees' total number.
The study was made from October 20 to October 30 this year, on 600 companies from the constructions, textile industry and hotels areas and has a margin of error of +/- 4 percent. European Commission decided today to launch the infringement procedure against Romania because of the sole European emergency number 112 which does not function properly, a release posted on the EC's website reads.
