“CFR is not a budgetary institution so the 25 percent salary cut will not be applied,” said the minister, adding another system will be applied for the state-owned companies, which will be included in a new bill.
However, Vladescu mentioned all the employees from the justice system will be affected by this measure.
Thus, Vladescu is contradicting Premier Emil Boc who mentioned a week ago the 25 percent salary slash will also be applied to the employees from the companies where the state has majority or minority capital.
The CFR unions, that were supposed to call a solidarity strike on June 2, announced this morning the protest will no longer take place as they failed to gather the necessary number of signatures from the units, the vicepresident of FML union, Voicu Sala, told NewsIn.
