“A business development manager in the pharma distribution segment earns €3,500-4,000 per month, to which monthly and annual bonuses are added. Furthermore, an employees holding such a position has is provided a car and health insurance,” Grafton’s Country Manager, Florin Ochiana, said.
The company is currently recruiting territory managers in the pharma sector, for salaries between €1,200-1,500. In the field, the company had recruitment projects for key account manager positions.
Although they are no longer the best-paid employees, people in the pharma sector are still among those with highest salaries on the market.
According to Grafton representatives, salaries are around €1,000-1,300 for specialists in the pharma sector, while middle managers can earn up to €3,000, while top managers’ salaries are €2,500-4,500 per month.
