SMEs request clarification on state aid

“This is just another declaration by the government, to show that it is doing something. We have many cases of companies that wanted to access such funds, but the procedure is very laborious, because nobody says what this money can be used for. Representatives of the Ministry for SMEs cannot say whether it can be used for production, to settle debts, to pay invoices or employees,” Florea Parvu, Vice President of the National Council for Private Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Romania (CNIPMMR), told Business Standard.
