Identifying the profile of the person the employer wishes to hire is one of the main factors in establishing working relations among employees, according to Kepner-Tregoe ‘s Sales Manager, Calin Cavaleru, for Business Standard.
“The organization’s strategy is important in keeping staff, because the employee knows exactly the goals of the company he works for, thus he has practical knowledge on what must be done,” he added. If an employee does not know the organization’s working criteria and its objectives, he will be unable to define his work, will feel insecure, will lack motivation, and leave the company, according to Cavaleru.
The manager’s leadership abilities are another crucial factor. “If an organization manager can offer feedback to the employees, this would be a great instrument in keeping them,” he said. For people that reached a wage level of €500, the salary package counts only 20 percent. The office ambiance is the most important factor in choosing a job, Cavaleru added.
