Tender launches Vulcan International and imports Austrian management team for Grupul Energetic Tender

Vulcan International, company to be launched at the beginning of 2008, will manage the companies of Grupul Energetic Tender as of March 2008, and have a team of Austrian specialists, according to Ovidiu Tender, President of Tender Grup.

“I made the decision to look for specialists on the foreign market because various choices I made of Romanian specialists proved that I was unable to find the right people for the management of several of the group’s businesses,” said Tender, during a conference to present results and development strategies of Vulcan SA.

Vulcan International Gmbh Viena will be established in January 2008 and become operational in March. The new company will manage the business of Grupul Energetic Tender, which includes Vulcan Bucuresti, FECNE, Nuclearmontaj, Nuclearmontaj Interantional, and UPRUC. It will also analyze possible acquisitions on the market.
