State shares could be listed on Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) by the end of this month, once a commission including representatives of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, BVB, the National Securities Commission (CNVM), and the National Bank of Romania (BNR) set the conditions and procedures for the listing, said Minister of Economy and Finance, Varujan Vosganian, on Tuesday. “I hope that by the end of March the state shares will be listed on BVB,” said Vosganian.

“The listing of state shares was postponed due to a lack of correlation in institutions,” Vosganian added. (NewsIn)
