“Our plans to develop in Romania include territorial expansion, local acquisitions, and hiring some 600 people this year,” said Mihaela Peta, General Manager of Webhelp Romania. Also, buying local companies will consolidate the call center market, Peta said, giving the example of Easy Call Communication, which was acquired by CGS in 2006.
Webhelp’s perspectives in Romania are very encouraging, because the company’s services are in demand by many potential clients.
