Anca Ioan could quit Tiriac Holdings management

Anca Ioan joined Tiriac Holdings management in 2005, after having served as a manager of the Roland Berger advisory strategy company. Last year, Tiriac Holdings posted turnover worth €1.6 billion. The Tiriac Holdings group of companies is expecting turnover worth €2.2 bln this year, and it includes divisions involved in automobile import, real estate development, and financial services. Ion Tiriac is still a minority shareholder of Unicredit Tiriac, one of the top 10 banking players in terms of assets. The group of companies is also involved in security and protection services, through SecurIT Force, and the elevator production business, with the IFMA company.
