The administrators of Broker Cluj have set a two-month deadline to find the company’s new General Manager, after the National Securities Commission (CNVM) banned General Manager Petru Prunea and Deputy General Manager Adrian Ceuca from the capital market for five and three years, respectively.
Yesterday, Broker Cluj’s Board of Directors appointed the company’s new interim managers for the coming two months. “We selected persons from within the company who will fill these positions temporarily. Meanwhile, we are looking for known and experienced brokers on the market. We already have a portfolio of people,” said Anton Ionescu, President of Broker Cluj.
