Certinvest to be integrated in Aviva Investors

Voicu said that Certinvest will have access to Aviva Investors resources in terms of transaction capacity and expertise, and will raise its assets.

Aviva Grup Romania acquired Certinvest in November 2007, which managed assets worth RON 68.6 mln (€19.6 mln) at the end of last year.

Certinvest is planning to register above average growth over Aviva Investors and a rise in assets by attracting investments in Romania. The company also intends to diversify investment solutions for above average income clients.

The Aviva Grup Romania insurance company posted subscribed gross premiums of RON 83 million (€23.28 mln) in 2007, 30 percent higher year-on-year. (NewsIn)
