“With EU integration, the mobility of the labor force has increased, but certain categories of specialists are not complying with European standards,” she said. Coca-Cola HBC Romania is the international soft drink producer’s bottling company in Romania, with factories in Bucharest and several other cities, and more than 3,000 employees.
