Flanco World expands to Resita

“Last year, we focused on opening Flanco World units, especially in the second half of the year. This year we have the advantage of an early start, which will allow us to optimize the network’s expansion and consolidation process, and new units will be able to generate significant sales results by the end of 2008. Flanco World’s network expansion strategy this year will be as aggressive as last year, and will involve the increasing of the total sales surface by over 15,000 square meters,” said Jiri Rizek, CEO Flamingo.

The Resita store will have a sales surface of 1,000 sqm.

Flamingo announced in March that it will open 12 Flanco World stores this year with large sales surfaces, in which it will invest €16 mln. The company opened 10 such units last year.
