Rupp’s position will be taken over by a former General Manager of the Romanian Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE).
Furthermore, the General Manager of Distrigaz Sud Retele SRL , Serge Delauney, will most likely be replaced by Dan Pantilie, Distrigaz Sud Deputy General Manager for Development.
These changes come as the terms of the French managers are at an end.
Marc Hirt, another of Distrigaz Sud’s Deputy General Managers, in charge of commerce, also left the company in May.
