Russians have the lowest trust in they way they manage budgets (57 percent).
GE Money, the financial services division of the General Electric group, carreid out the survey in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Russia and Latvia.

The trust of Romanians in their ability to manage their funds comes from a correct understanding of their revenues and expenses, the survey shows. Eighty-three percent of those interviewed said they know exactly how much they earn, 85 percent know how much they owe, and 81 percent say they know how much they spend each month.

Furthermore, 84 percent say they pay their financial obligations on time, ranking second, after the Czech Republic (87 percent).

Some 78 percent of Romanians say they are considering all means of reducing current spending, and that they do not buy things they do not need, according to the study.
