“The estimated increase in 2008 is 30 percent, while last year we posted turnover worth €3 mln. The increase in Q1 was 110 percent compared to the same period last year,” said General Manager Georgian Rosu.
PharmEc Software is active on two main business segments: software for pharmacies, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) for companies, regardless of activity. The company estimates that the pharmacy software market was worth €3 million in 2007, and will increase to €4 mln this year. The ERP market is expected to exceed €150 mln in 2008.
