The Silver Mountain Project will also have two movie theaters, a satellite tv system with hundreds of closed-circuit channels, and a heliport with 24-hour helicopter rental available. The construction work has already begun, and the first phase will include 100 apartments to be finalized next winter. The rest of the project will extend over a five-six-year period.

The Radisson SAS hotel, to be built as part of the Poiana Brasov project, will offer 184 rooms, several bars, restaurants, relaxation areas, multi-functional conference rooms, a skating rink, spa, pool and fitness center.
