Romania ranks 27th in Europe in terms of electronic device prices

In Eurostat’s list, Romania ranks 27th of 37 European countries analyzed, with prices at 95 percent of average EU prices, and the same as prices in Germany. Prices in Poland are 93 percent of the EU average, 92 percent in the Czech Republic and 83 percent in Bulgaria.

Electronic devices are most expensive in Iceland, at 41 percent above the EU average.

Romania also ranks 27th in terms of household appliance prices, the same as Montenegro, with prices amounting to 93 percent of the EU average. Germany ranks 26th, with prices up to 94 percent of the EU average.

The Eurostat study included prices for 130 electronic devices and 100 household appliances.
