Liquidity rose to 17.91 million lei at closing bell, from 13.34 million lei in the previous session.
The BET index reflecting the evolution of the ten best companies on BSE eased 1.26 percent to 5,769.02 and the BET-C composite index assessing all listed shares minus financial companies lowered 1.10 percent to 3,485.50.
The BET-FI index of the five financial companies known as SIF crashed 2.22 percent to 30,044.01 and the ROTX index for trading blue-chips in Vienna lost 1.40 percent to 11,813.01.
The BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid companies dipped 1.46 percent to 570.51 and the BET-NG index showing the evolution of the power market tumbled 1.39 percent to 786.82.
Shares of SIF Oltenia (SIF5) sponged deals of 5.10 million lei and sank 2.14 percent to 1.83 lei, while those of SIF Moldova (SIF2) cheapened 2.17 percent to 1.35 lei.
On the banking sector, Banca Transilvania (TLV) reduced 1.33 percent to 2.22 lei and Erste Bank (EBS) slumped 2.11 percent to 139 lei.
