“The Romanian market absorbed €10-12 million last year, and we estimate a 10-15 percent advance,” said APBR President Bruno Roux.
Roux added that he cannot make an estimate on the market’s value, saying that prices vary due to composition and destination, or the geographic area where it is made.
According to Roux, the market is fragmented, and over 20 percent of the produced quantity is sold without being invoiced.

It will be based on European laws regarding concrete production, and the design and construction of reinforced concrete buildings. Main concrete producers in Romania are Heidelberg Cement, Lafarge and Holcim.
