Hidroelectrica, the Turceni and Rovinari thermal power plants, and all companies owned by Electrica are due to be part of the future national company.
According to the management of AVAS, representatives of the Federation of Energy Employers believe that the future structure meets European trends in this area, in the form of vertical mergers of energy companies, from raw material exploration to electrical energy production, supply and distribution.
