The Romanian arm of IT company ACP targets EUR 20m revenues next year on expansion plans
The group has not decided yet on which market they will list the shares, said one of the ACP administration board members, Karl Tantscher.

ACP Holding GmbH is a hardware and software solutions company active on the German and Austrian markets. The company rolled into the Romanian market at the end of October. The local arm is headquartered in Bucharest and has 14 employees.

The company intends to expand and plans to open ten offices in Sibiu and Brasov, Timisoara, Iasi and Botosani targeting clients in the public sector.

ACP Group was set up in 1993 in Vienna and spread its tentacles to Germany in 2003. ACP has 669 employees and reached 286.5 million euros revenues in the financial year 2006-2007. The company entered the Romanian market buying a 51-percent stake of Online Datensysteme Romania.
