The 952,000 titles were transferred for a price of 27.20 RON per share. On August 16, a stake of 0.035% of BRD shares had been transferred on the Deal market for 6.8 million RON (some 2.1 million euro).

The BRD-Groupe Societe Generale titles are listed in the first category of the Bucharest Stock Exchange. The company has a capital of 696.9 million RON divided in 696.9 million shares at a nominal value of 1 RON. The main shareholder is French group Societe Generale (58.32%).
