ITC Networks: Luxoft can bring 20 percent of our clients

“This year, we expect to have at least three clients through Russia, as Luxoft has many clients in the banking segment,” ITC Networks Managing Director, Doru Mardare, told Business Standard.

The company is currently working exclusively for the foreign market, and has seven clients, including IBM, Avaya telecom company, and Blade Network Technology IT company. It currently plans to enter the local market also. “The year 2009 could be a good one to initiate such projects. There are several areas that we are interested in. IT service outsourcing that could appear on the telecom operators segment is one of these. Another area could be large companies, with complex infrastructure, that could outsource certain services,” Mardare said.

The company is also interested in public sector projects, although it has not ever participated in the tenders for such projects.

ITC Networks posted some €19.8 million worth of business last year, idle on 2007. “For 2009, we foresee turnover at least similar to last year’s. From this point of view it is not a very optimistic outlook. If we look at the contracts that we have already signed, I could say that we would register 10-20 percent growth, but it is better to be cautious,” he added.
